Our shipping days (holidays do no apply) are Monday-Friday. All orders placed before 3 pm EST will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Please contact customer service with any questions or concerns about shipping at info@sabattusdiscgolf.com


We will not provide your information to anyone for any reason. All customer information is kept confidential. All personal information and transactions are encrypted to ensure your private information is kept the way it should be, private. Your satisfaction means everything to us. Returns: If for any reason you would like to make a return, please send your product(s) back for a full refund. We do ask that you email us before you send the product back to let us know what the problem is at info@sabattusdiscgolf.com. After the product(s) are received we will apply a full refund of purchase price as soon as possible. We'd like to know so that we can improve our products and service.

Replacements: Customers assume all costs in shipping to us and we assume the cost in shipping replacements back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped USPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of the shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.


Please submit any cancellation via email to: info@sabattusdiscgolf.com Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted with your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping upon receipt of the returned items.


Payments through most major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. All transactions are secured using high grade encryption. Online promotions are available only when indicated as stated on the site.


Previous orders can be viewed by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Orders" link on the left. Past orders can easily be re-ordered.
