Our shipping days are: Monday-Friday (Holidays do not apply). Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 9:00 AM EST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 9:00 AM will be shipped on the next available shipping day. Expedited shipping service are subject to the above conditions. International orders are subject to additional duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on top of shipping charges. We will not provide your information to anyone for any reason. All customer information is kept confidential. All personal information and transactions are encrypted to ensure your private information is kept the way it should be, private. Your satisfaction means everything to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us or the service you received, let us know and we will do what we can to try and make you happy. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7- day money back guarantee on every product we offer providing it is unused and in original condition. Please call customer service at 207-375-4990 or email us at to submit your claim. Customers assume all costs in shipping to us and we assume the cost in shipping replacements back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped USPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of the shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.


Please submit any cancellation via email to: Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted with your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping upon receipt of the returned items.


Payments through most major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. All transactions are secured using high grade encryption. Online promotions are available only when indicated as so on the site.


Previous orders can be viewed by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Orders" link on the left. Past orders can easily be re-ordered.


Free Shipping applies to orders subtotaling $85 or more and containing only discs, apparel and hats. Free Shipping is only offered to the lower 48 States. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are sent through UPS Ground. Order SUBTOTALS are used to determine eligibility for the promotion. SUBTOTALS of $85 or more will qualify for Free Shipping. Orders that include Targets are not eligible.
