Shipping with the United States:
Flat rate shipping $4.25 USPS Standard - shipped in a box.

Orders totaling $65.00 or more for discs and smaller items will ship for free. Some non-disc products such as bags and larger items will have additional shipping costs added which will be calculated at checkout if there are no promotions running. 

*** All discs will ship in a box to do our part to help reduce our carbon footprint, as well as protect your disc(s) from being bent in the mailbox. ***

Please Note: Once the packages leave our facility, delivery times and shipping updates are out of our control and you should contact your local post office.

Shipping Methods:

We will ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS whichever is less, unless a priority upgrade is purchased. Shipping times vary based on your proximity to Maine. Larger items including baskets, bags and carts will ship USPS or UPS whichever is less expensive. Larger items will need a physical address since UPS can't deliver to PO boxes.

Processing Time:

We aim to process all orders in a timely manner and process within 24 hours. Mail is picked up by 10:00 am daily Monday - Saturday & we drop of on Saturday's before noon. This excludes federal holidays as there is no mail service.

Tracking Information:

Your tracking number is emailed when the order is processed by our shipping department.

We do our best to make sure you have accurate tracking information, but it isn't uncommon that if your package says Delivered it may arrive a day or two later from USPS. We ask for your patience if it hasn't arrived and suggest you contact your local post office for further assistance to try and locate it. They will be able to provide GPS scanned tracking information.

Priority Upgrade:

We offer Priority shipping as calculated at checkout.

Shipping to Canada:

All disc's ship in a box and shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs will only cover shipping the items to you and you will be responsible for any additional charges that may be applied upon delivery for duties and taxes. Any package refused upon delivery will incur a 15% restocking fee and less shipping charges for a store credit.

Local Pick Up:

All Maine residents can select in-store local pickup. Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive an email to let you know it is ready to pick up at your convenience.

If the product was damaged during shipping a claim will need to be filed with us if the SDG Insurance was applied or purchased. If SDG Insurance wasn't purchased the shipping provider will need to be contacted as they are responsible for the item once in their possession.

Replacement for defective items:

If the item is defective and overlooked during shipping, we will assume the cost in shipping a replacement to you. If we do not have a replacement to offer, we will issue a store credit for that amount. All replacements are shipped USPS Ground Advantage unless a Priority is requested. The cost of the shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Changed Your Mind:

If you have changed your mind and wish to send the item back, please contact us to discuss what will happen next. Customer assumes all costs in shipping the item back. Once the item is received in the same condition with labels, unused/unworn a store credit will be issued less the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Wrong Item Shipped:

Mistakes happen and if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the shipping to return to us and will work on getting you the correct item or an item of equal value to make things right.

Emailed cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, email address and phone number. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted with your order. We will contact you if we have any questions in regards to cancelling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been already fulfilled to be shipped out.

Yes, once each disc has been inspected and received, each disc is then photographed. Discs that are the same color and stamp are grouped together with 1 photo, all other are photographed individually. The individual pictures are taken of each disc to show colors, foils/stamp and any potential imperfections in the stamp or disc. We then label each disc at the top in the online images so you know which disc to select in the dropdown by weight and color.

Please note some discs may vary in color depending on the devise you are using.

Log into your account by clicking the "My Account" link on the top of every page. From here you can access and edit your account information, address book, orders, product reviews. Please be sure to keep your shipping address up to date if you move.

At this time, we are not offer preorders since we give the ability to order the specific disc you see online by weight and color. When we place our orders with the vendors we do not always know if we are going to be guaranteed what we ordered and want to provide the best shopping experience possible?

Since the vendors are molding and producing the products we have decided to go by their weights. If a disc is received from the vendor with no weight, we will weigh it and write it on the disc.

We will not provide your information to anyone for any reason. All customer information is kept confidential. Many times, during receiving we come across stamps that missed the cleaning process. The best recommendation is to use a lint roller over the stamp. You can also use packing tape, lightly dabbed over the foil to remove the excess.

We use easy release/removable barcode stickers but if for some reason there is still sticky residue left behind from any stickers, spray WD-4 and let set for a few minutes. Use the soft side of a sponge with mild dish detergent like Dawn to clean the area. Works every time.
